I LOOOVVEEE Monty python. they are my fav movies and comedy series. Here is a list of all the other comedy TV series that I love
Black Books
The IT crowd
Little Britian
Double the fist
The Chaser (of course)
The Office (UK version)
Wow your list pretty much matches my list for top recent comedy shows on tv.

The USA have ripped off The Office and The Sketch Show. Now it's Little Britain.
No joke. I wanted to throw my computer across the room when I heard the news.

That is so
Fucking stupid
.
I am so sick of UK shows being redone for USA audiences. It is not like there is some kind of vast cultural gap between Britain and America that prevents any joke from being found funny on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean.
A while ago I was watching SBS and I realised that the Saudi Arabian comedic Soapie I was watching was actually a repackaged version of the Nanny. It was bizarre the characters were the same, they even looked similar but they spoke Arabic and the sexualised humour was toned down considerably. Unlike the Little Britain / The Office / The sketch show example I think this is ok, since the nanny would go down quite badly in the Middle East. But, what is in UK shows that would so greatly offend US audiences, are their ears just too delicate for UK accents?
I also hate this damn Uni computer that is set to US spelling and keeps trying to change realised to realized.

Yeah, it was pretty good. You will love it, the guys were really good at adlib and replying to the calls of the audience.

I was there on Sunday night. As the curtains were coming down Sebastian removed his hands from in front of his groin a little too early. It is a sight that will haunt me every time I watch the little Britain DVD’s
