How long does it usually take you to get to uni? I live in Seaford too, and I estimated that it takes around 2 hours to get to uni using public transport. Really does suck for those days with just a 1 hour lecture or when you're just there to hand up an assignment. Luckily enough I have a car, so it never takes me more than 30mins.

And yes, parking is getting a little annoying this year. Hopefully it should ease a little next week as this Friday is the last day to withdraw without penalty.

after more than three years of  bearing with the uni car parks, I can't imagine how anyone can bare it or defend them in any way?? It is a curse and anyone that can look at the bright side of this and suggest anything except more car parks or the complete annihilation of say, sturt uni, (for  starters),  must be taking anti-depressants or dealing with them by correspondence. uummm?? I just woke up and now I have the harsh reality of actually trying to find one, maybe I am being a little harsh for that reason?? (but I dont think so )

You have to catch two busses!?  You mean you don't catch 218U/218/618 on the way to uni?  Two of them take you up to Flinders Med and one of them takes you up to campus!  I've always found it to be relatively easy going to uni.  Which busses are you taking?

That's basically the deal. I went around carpark one 3 times today and there's no way I'm parking in siberia for FMC lectures...so I parked in the child car centre parks right out the front of FMC - at that point I couldn't give a damn what anyone thought or if I got a ticket (which I didn't). It's a complete joke. Again, i bought an overpriced flinders uni parking permit and I cant even use it! Go figure
